
Hello folks, it's your host, Dustin Horvath. Today's episode focuses on self-talk systems and the choice that you are presented with: do you WANT them to be positive or negative?
Even if it seems like positive self-talk is too difficult to accomplish, you can still work toward it. Unfortunately, like many aspects of self-improvement, it's going to require time, practice, setbacks, and determination to make a positive change.
In this episode I cover 5 steps toward better self-talk systems. I have also included the important interplay between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings all of which work interconnectedly to influence how we behave. This episode is an invitation to to take that first step toward amplifying that positive voice within you and to drown out that inner critic.
