Our guest, Lesley Moffat, is a music educator, author, and speaker who uses her personal health journey as a catalyst for change. Not only did she complete overhaul her own life, but she uses her platform to help other educators around the world.

To the outside eye, Lesley looked like a successful band director, running a high-achieving music program. But behind closed doors, she was falling apart...completely breaking down. She lived in a state of chronic stress, constant illness and sheer exhaustion. Her body brought her to a full stop and this became her turning point.

Through much research and rebuilding, Lesley was determined to overhaul her life. She uses her story to help others through coaching, speaking engagements, books she's written and her mPowered Music Educator Academy.
