Celeste and I are back for part 2 of our conversation.
As a woman who went through [what was essentially] an existential crisis and had a major life upheaval, Celeste now takes her wisdom and experience to help other women work through these same struggles.
As females, we are taught from a young age how we are to act and what is expected of us. But what if success looks different to you? What if you spend your life fitting into the status quo but never creating your own success? This is where Celeste lends her knowledge, by working with women to reclaim their light that may have been diminished by trying fit into something they are not.

My guest this week is Celeste Case-Ruchala, who had an epiphany moments after (and maybe even moments before) her wedding. Had she ever really felt seen?
This led her on a self-discovery journey, leading her to move away and start over. She is now an author, coach and podcast host, where she helps women explore self-trust, authenticity and what it means to stop dimming their light. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not done in isolation, rather, as a collective of people healing and growing together. When one of us grows, we all rise.
Through her podcast, books and circles she leads, she is helping women to move from self-abandonment into a life that feels radiant and aligned.

Sierra Kennedy is a marketing coach with a background in public relations from Alberta, Canada. Over the past couple of years, she started craving inspiration and a connection with other ambitious young people. There had to be a space where people could learn more about money, holistic health, personal growth, and success, but on this quest for self development, she realized that there was void for such a space in Calgary.
In 2024, Sierra decided to fill this gap by creating Full Potential Club, a place for driven individuals to network, learn, and grow together. The group offers workshops, social events, and knowledge shares from experts in their fields. There are also online events and a newly launched online collective that you can become a member of.
The club is bringing together people of all ages and genders to form deeper and more meaningful connections with like-minded people.

Week 4 of our summer series, where we are digging up our favorite episodes and re-airing them.
Just because a person gets cancer, it doesn't mean that their life stops. Being a parent is exhausting as it is, and having an illness on top of it is so mentally and physically draining. And then there's dating. As if being a single mom in your 30's wasn't hard enough! We get raw and candid in this episode.
Welcome back to our summer series, which allows us to take a much needed break with our families. On this episode, we talk about doctors and the God complex after Ashley received some angering news about her prognosis.
Why do we believe that our doctor is our savior? After all, they are just humans...fallible humans. Doctors do amazing things, yes, but they are not God. They do not know the future. Therefore, they do not get to dictate how much time we have left. Your body was designed to heal itself! But you may have to go beyond what your doctor tells you and find alternative healing methods that feel right for you.
Week 2 as we continue our summer series, where we get to take the summer off of recording, and you get to listen to old episodes.
On this particular day, Ashley came over sick as a dog. She thought she was dying, but Becky wondered if she was actually have a healing crisis, aka, a herxheimer reaction.
Herxheimer...it's so much more than a funny word. It can make you feel sicker than ever! Your doctor doesn't know what it is and says they can't find what's wrong with you. You start to feel crazy! But you know you feel off, even though you can't articulate what off means. Is it the flu? Is it a migraine? Am I dehydrated? Tired? Hungry? Cancer returning? Maybe I'm just a hypochondriac? You may be going through a healing crisis, also known as the herxheimer reaction. The girls explain what this means and how you can get through it.
Welcome to our summer series, where we get to take a few weeks off, and some of our favorite past videos are highlighted.
In this episode, we are chatting about how great bare feet are!.
Grounding, also known as earthing, is a popular [but under-studied] technique for healing your body. It is as simple as touching bare skin to the earth, and it comes with many benefits. It may seem too simple or like a silly concept, but the positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to grounding. Try it and see what good it can do for your health.

Through her holistic mindset and the loving support of her partner, Phillip, Sarah continues to fight this disease with optimism and boldness. On today's episode, we talk to Sarah Marie Thiessen, a young entrepreneur, go-getter and all around hustler. Her passion for travel has brought her around the world, until her health brought her back home.
Sarah is a destination wedding photographer, filmmaker, and founder of Wild Love Media—but her wildest adventure wasn’t on a mountaintop or at a dream elopement in the forest. In February 2021, while traveling in Australia on a study visa for business management and social media marketing, she was diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer at just 27 years old. What followed was a whirlwind of chemotherapy, failed surgeries, and ultimately, a cross-continental health journey that brought her back to Canada for answers—and more operations. While the original breast cancer is in remission, an inoperable tumor with the ROS-1 gene mutation was discovered and she is now on lifelong targeted therapy to help prolong her health and manage the disease.
Her story is not just about survival—but about listening to the body, advocating for your own care, and finding beauty in the in-between. Today, Sarah channels her fierce, untamed love for life into storytelling—both through her camera and her voice. She believes every soul has a story worth honoring, and that even in the hardest seasons, there is light to be captured.

Stephen Roehrig joins us this week to discuss the importance of safe water and protecting ourselves from electro magnetic frequencies (EMF's). He believes we need to awaken the teacher inside of ourselves so that all of our experiences can reorient us to live more skillfully in this world.
In 2014, Stephen and wife, Jacinta founded Safe Water Canada in Edmonton, Alberta, where they became distributors of Berkey Water purifiers. They wanted to explore ways of attaining better physical and mental health, which led them to discovering EMF's and its effects on people. Their home is now WIFI-free and they have revised their habits around wireless and wired devices. They offer consultations on discovering the harmful influences of EMF's and sell products that help mitigate this. Shungite, an amazing mineral found only in Russia, is one of these products.
If you want to lessen the amount of damaging frequencies in your home, and learn how to properly filter your water, then you need to chat with Stephen. He can be contacted on Safe Water Canada's website www.safewatercanada.com
