Hey, I’m Brittany - a wife, homeschooling mom, Abortion Recovery Coach, and Pro-Life Speaker. For over 10 years, I tried to hide the pain I carried with me as a result of a decision I made when I was 17 years old.
I tried to mask my sadness with binge eating, isolating myself from others, and striving to be perfect as a workaholic, thinking I could try to win back God’s love.
I finally realized that if I truly wanted to get well and heal once and for all, I needed to stop trying to comfort myself with worldly promises and fully surrender everything at the feet of Jesus.
I opened up my Bible, studied God’s word, developed a regular prayer practice, and truly learned and understood what Biblical forgiveness is. Now, I’m ready to share that with you!
If you’re ready to finally shed your shame and guilt, find healing and redemption through Jesus, and learn how to cope with the grief you feel because of your past abortion, then this podcast is for you!
Fill up your favorite mug with some coffee and crack open that Bible, because it’s time to receive the Good, Good News!

Have you ever felt like you had to keep your abortion a secret—carrying the weight of shame and regret in silence? You’re not alone. In this episode, Katie opens up about her personal journey of walking through abortion, the pain that followed, and how God led her into a place of true healing and freedom.
Katie shares what it was like to make her abortion decision in crisis, the emotional aftermath she carried for years, and how she tried to cope through perfectionism, alcohol, and fitness. But her story doesn’t end in brokenness. Through the birth of her son, the support of a post-abortion Bible study, and the grace of God, Katie found peace and the courage to share her story publicly.
Together, we talk about:
What it’s like to live in silence after abortion—and why breaking that silence matters
How community, faith, and Scripture brought healing to Katie’s heart
The role of the church in responding with compassion instead of judgment
How God can take our deepest pain and turn it into purpose
Katie’s testimony is a powerful reminder that no matter your past, Jesus offers redemption and hope. If you’ve been struggling with abortion regret, longing for healing, or wondering if God could still use you, this conversation will encourage you to take the next step toward freedom.

Have you ever felt the nudge to share your abortion story, but fear keeps holding you back? Maybe you’ve wondered if the pro-life movement would reject you because of your past. Friend, nothing could be further from the truth. The reality is this: your voice matters deeply—and now, more than ever, the movement needs it.
In today’s episode, I share my recent experience speaking at the opening ceremony of 40 Days for Life right outside an abortion clinic in my community. God asked me to step into a place of obedience, not only to encourage sidewalk advocates but also to minister to the very people walking into the clinic. It wasn’t easy, and fear tried to silence me—especially after the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk, which reminded me just how real the spiritual battle in this world truly is. But God’s Word reminded me that as believers, we’re not called to retreat—we’re called to storm the gates of hell, because they will not prevail.
You’ll hear the behind-the-scenes of what it was like to say “yes” to sharing my story, the spiritual warfare that surrounded the event, and the unexpected ripple effects that happened afterward—even within my own church. Then, I’ll walk you through three powerful reasons why your post-abortive voice is absolutely needed in the pro-life movement.
If you’ve ever thought, “I want to share my story, but I don’t know how,” or “I’m not ready yet,” I pray this episode encourages you to bring that hesitation to the Lord. Sharing your story may look different for each of us—public speaking, one-on-one conversations, or quiet obedience in your community—but if God is prompting you, He will equip you.
You are not disqualified. You are called. And your voice can be the very thing God uses to change lives.

Do you struggle to sleep at night because the memories of your abortion replay in your mind over and over again? Maybe the quiet of the night makes it even harder—flashbacks, guilt, and fear rise up, and you just can’t turn your thoughts off.
Friend, I’ve been there too. In this episode, I’m opening up about a recent experience where I couldn’t sleep after witnessing something traumatic—and how God reminded me that His Word is the very thing that can calm our minds when we feel overwhelmed.
If you find yourself haunted by your past abortion in the middle of the night, my prayer is that these verses will give you comfort, peace, and hope. You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle of replaying the pain—you can lay it at the feet of Jesus and rest in His promises.
Inside this episode you’ll discover:
Why trauma often feels worse at night when it’s quiet.
How my own sleepless nights after a recent tragedy reminded me of abortion-related trauma.
4 powerful Scriptures to cling to when you can’t turn off the replay in your mind.
A reminder that peace doesn’t come from “saying a verse” but from daily surrender and trust in God’s healing power.
Whether you’ve been walking with this pain for years or you’re just beginning your healing journey, I believe God’s Word can meet you in the middle of those sleepless nights.

When the topic of abortion comes up, conversations often focus on two extremes: “choice” versus “life.” But rarely do we talk about the women who have walked through pregnancy termination for medical reasons—the mothers who faced devastating diagnoses, impossible odds, and heartbreaking choices.
If that’s your story, you may feel like your pain has been used as a debate talking point rather than seen for what it really is: grief, loss, and deep confusion about where to go from here.
In today’s episode, I want to speak directly to you. We’ll unpack:
Why guilt often lingers—even if you felt it was the “best” decision.
How grief shows up after termination, no matter the circumstances.
What Scripture says about God’s forgiveness, and why His grace does extend to you too.
Whether you’ve buried this part of your story or you’re actively wrestling with it, I pray you’ll leave this episode knowing that God sees you, He cares for you, and His mercy is still for you.

Do you have shelves full of self-help books but still feel stuck in guilt and shame? You’re not alone. You’ll learn:
Why self-help can leave you feeling empty instead of whole
How Scripture provides true healing that hustle never will
Three Bible verses that anchor you in God’s forgiveness and grace
