As well as building an amazing Community Centre in Penrith I know he has given hundreds of hours of support work for free.
Steve told me before we started the podcast that all of this started with him just wanting to take a girl with a disability out for a day on his jet ski to have fun.
He now has a huge NDIS business leading the sector in fun and inclusion. His team runs kids onto some of the biggest sporting grounds in Australia and the sports stars all love spending time with the kids as support workers.

Ross tells us how he contracted a rare syndrome from the child next to him when he was sent to hospital as an infant. This syndrome, named Gullain-Barre ,left him with limited use of his limbs and close to death.
But Ross is a fighter and an optimist. He learned to walk with crutches and full length callipers. He attended mainstream schools where the challenge of inaccessible environments only built on his resolve to succeed.
Now Ross serves on the board of many great Australian businesses and actively advocates for Equality, Inclusive design and Accessibility.
