Weakness is perceived as a negative but I contest is is vulnerability not weakness and vulnerability is a strength. This is discusses as it relates to everyday life.
We all know those friends and finding them is essential to not making really stupid decisions. They tell us the hard truths and are always there for us with no judgement. But they never let an opportunity to give you shit pass.
If we were more honest in the right situations then a lot of problems could be avoided. Clear and concise communication is frowned upon and it is creating problems.
Behavior is not fixed and change is always possible. You have to be open to that change but you also have to be open to being wrong and willing to recognize it.
