This is one way to assist community members to understand the impacts of trauma on children and into adulthood. It also helps parents and teachers to talk about trauma with students. We thank Dr Ham for allowing us to put an Australian focus on his ideas.

We continue this discourse into Generational Trauma! This is a big one because so my people suffer from it unknowingly! We share some of our personal experiences with it and some tips on how we are working on breaking the holding patterns we've found ourselves in. In this episode we dive into pop culture trauma in the Spirituality space. I deep dive into a post that has the wording and context that is typical to the Spirituality space and touted by many within it.
