The process of healing does not end when the wound is no longer visible , it ends when it no longer aches and hurts. Going back to therapy was a decision I had to take in order for me to move forward. However therapy can be defined in many ways… and the best part is you get to choose how to heal. It can be through music, exercise, counselling ,painting or even meditation. How you choose to heal is up to you and it shouldn’t be a decision made my anyone else besides YOU.
