Vivian (Jessy Schram) is a type-A television director with no time to spare as she approaches the broadcast date of the not-really-live Country Christmas Live, starring a pair of female country music stars, one of whom is represented by Liz's ex and also ex childhood friend Gavin (Wes Brown). Viv discovers a mysterious music box portkey that brings her to the underworld, where cheerful ghosts give her a Dickens-style tour of her own past and her friends' private conversations. Guest stars include Wynonna Judd, Kix Brooks, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, RaeLynn, and Sara Evans.
