On this episode of A One Pint Stand, I visited Dave Long at Paddlefish Brewing in St. Peter, Minnesota.  Situated right on the main drag in a cute downtown St. Peter, Paddlefish offers a nice selection of beers in a welcoming and fun craft beer environment.  I strongly suggest you go down for a visit so you can see the taproom’s charm for yourself.

The Tale of Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative's Collab Beer For Farm Aid

On this episode of A One Pint Stand, I stopped by Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative to hear the tale of how Broken Clock brewed a beer for Farm Aid, a fundraiser that has been going since 1985 and showcases epic music for a good cause.  The beer is called Fam, and it is a hoppy lager.  It was brewed with a special hop from West Coast Hop Breeding and malt from Two Track Malting.  I loved the conversation I had with Jeremy and Shaun from Broken Clock and Eric Sannerud from West Coast Hop Breeding and President of Sannerud Hop Consulting.
