This episode is a short and powerful reminder that the rush isn’t always about what’s happening around you but also about what your brain is telling you.


In this pep talk you will learn:

- Why rushing doesn’t come from your to-do list (but from what you’re *thinking*)

- How to use feeling rushed as your cue to slow down

- A calming moment to come back to yourself, even if the kids are yelling and the laundry’s not done

- Why slowing down is actually the key to *doing less*, not more

This one’s less than 10 minutes and will leave you breathing slower and thinking clearer.
