This episode is about recognising when it’s time to let go of the expectations you’re holding onto too tightly, especially the ones that no longer match your current season of life.

I share a real and recent shift in my own expectations around work, what led me to notice something was off, and how changing that one thing has lifted my mental load in big ways.
