In this episode, I share the one rule I’ve now committed to before making any major shift and how it’s helped me find clarity without burning everything down just to get relief.

Because when you’re juggling sick kids, work, life admin, and zero breathing space, it’s very easy to want to burn it all down and start fresh.

But here’s what I’ve learnt, over and over again:

Any decision made from burnout or depletion is never going to be your highest quality choice.
