Things have been a little topsy turvey with our podcast schedule which led us to the decision that it's time to rethink the podcast as a whole. As part of that process, we actually recorded a come-to-Jesus meeting/episode this week as an exercise in transparency...And then realized we'd been a little too transparent (possible even for us) and need to edit the episode, maybe record additional content, stuff like that! So we’ll have that for you next week.
In the meantime, we decided to share a tool from Larkin’s coaching repertoire called “The Body Compass,” which is a great tool for decision-making and developing inner and body-knowing. It's a short 25 minute segment. Enjoy!
