Charles & Saro wanted to talk through the history of horror so they've decided to track down the most successful horror film at the box office from 1973 to now.

From the dawn of 70s horror with exorcisms and chainsaws, to the 80s reign of Freddy and Jason, the 90s cleverness of silences and screams, the cold 00s scares of Jigsaw and J-horror to the full circle return of Pennywise and The Warrens in the 10s. We break them all down from their creation, their impact and the little details that made them the defining moments of horror of their time. There will be love for some old favourites, laughing at dated camp and spicy hot takes of sacred cows we will lead to the slaughter.
