Sunday 10 August 2025 - In the moment
Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”
Prayer: Thank you Lord Jesus that you are with me always.
John 16:21-22 NIV
“A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.”
Pain, anger, failure, disappointment, and fear can cause us to forget who we are in Christ Jesus.
Romans 8:37 NKJV
“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
Once you’re reminded of who are, you then step up on your confidence and speak out.
Philippians 4:13 NKJV
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
