Guest Biography Food security specialist with a keen interest in sustainable food value chains, agricultural innovations, food technologies and human nutrition. Currently a Tutorial Fellow in the Department of Plant, Animal and FoodSciences in the School of Agricultural and Food Sciences at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in Kenya. Collectively possesses five years of experience in teaching, research and community support. He is also a PhD candidate interested in researching novel and under-utilized food resources for adoption towards food security and sustainable rural livelihoods in Kenya. Last but not least, he holds a BSc in Food Security along with a MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture.
