It’s ok to take long recovery periods to let your mind and body rest, but be sure you get back into your routine! If you haven’t started, it’s never too late!
Well I’m sitting by the Saugatuck River. I’m in my car because I don’t feel like shopping and I was the chauffeur. So I’m just enjoying the scent of my new fragrance L’eau d’Issey. And I’ll read one of my 1000 books now.
Sorry my voice is gone, but took advantage of the Halloween $13.13 pricing and it was fantastic being the only one in the theater! Loved it the 2’d time around.
Today was my best 5K. Not my best time - I’m not sure if I will ever finish in 34 min again (I was 9 years younger), but 37:54 is my third best time in the 9 years of 5K’s.
