Ep.3: What Helps us Stick to our Goals?
Being someone who always seems to be trying something new and introducing new goals, I've wondered what it was that made a goal effective. And so I did some research and came across an article that helped clear some things up. I hope it answers some questions you may have had and if not maybe you were surprised by some of the results as I was! Correction: later in the episode you’ll hear me mention something called a productivity list. It’s actually called a priority list, but it is a list I started to increase productivity.

Ep.2: How to Cope with Math Anxiety!

As someone who struggles with math anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised to have come across this topic, and I hope that it's of benefit to you somehow!

Note: I've been made aware of two confusions, so I thought I'd clarify it here. So when you listen you'll hear me mention Group 1 and Group 2. These groups are both randomized, meaning that group one has both those with low-math anxiety and those with high-math anxiety(HMA); and the same goes for group 2. They are just divided to notice the effects of sitting versus writing.

Also, I made the mistake of mentioning my worry of them getting familiar with the test and that's because they were given a pre-test to give them an idea of what the format and the topics were about. This was actually intended to raise the anxiety of those with HMA, and I don't think it was enough to familiarize them with the test in the sense that it becomes easier for them.
