Newcastle United hosted Ipswich Town and secured a convincing win. In what is now fondly recognised as the "Sir Bobby Robson Derby," the Magpies ran out 3-0 winners against the 10 men Tractor Boys. The highlight of the afternoon was a first Premier League goal from our very own Will Osula in what was an eventful match. Victory sees the Toon Army back on track for the UCL hunt, with bigger tests to follow in the coming weeks.
Newcastle United were handed a 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Aston Villa, in what was a harsh reminder that the race for for a top 5 finish may not be as smooth as some first thought.
