
It is time for UTMB. My third 100 miler in last last 18 months. Well, this one is looking more like is is going to be about 109.
In this episode I want to talk about some of the questions I have been getting about my UTMB Training as well as some of the questions I had when I was looking into training for this race.
I will talk about my last 3 weeks of training, my nutrition plans for the race, expected finishing times, pace plans and the kit Ill be wearing.
