Welcome back to our Feelings and Emotions series! In this episode, we explore the big and powerful feeling of anger—what it is, how it shows up in our bodies, and healthy ways to handle it.

Anger is a normal emotion that everyone feels sometimes. It often shows up when something feels unfair, when we don’t get a turn, or when someone hurts our feelings. In this guided meditation, kids will learn:

  • What anger can feel like in the body (tight fists, a fast heartbeat, a loud voice)

  • How to name anger and say what they’re feeling out loud

  • Simple calming tools like deep breathing, stepping away, and talking it out

  • Why anger isn’t “bad”—it’s a messenger, and we get to choose how to respond
