It's an age-old story that scrolling through people's shiny curated timelines can make you feel insecure. But on the other hand, going through stories about depressing times in other's lives can make you feel exactly that - depressed. This episode is basically Akosua ranting about LinkedIn. Jokes, jokes. We actually talk about navigating our feelings, perhaps the lack thereof, and other people's feelings in the world of social media. And why does that matter? Why are so many people are choosing to have deep and private conversations publicly and remain fixated on creating the illusion that they are the bigger person rather than commit to actually working on their relationships behind closed doors? Anyways, we hope that maybe we can all find a place to feel good, where we can treat people with kindness (yes, we stole this part of the description from Harry Styles).
Surprise! We're back with an all new quarantine season - is this the new quarantine radio? lol. On this weeks episode we tackle the topic of political stances and responsibility. Should people be Apolitical? Is it our civic duty to have a political opinion? does it need to be voiced? We dig into it this episode and would love to hear your opinions on the topic! It's our final episode folks *tear drop tear drop* and whew it's been a ride. Thanks for coming along and staying through the bants, the shade and Akosua's laughter. We've got a special guest in this episode......our dear friend Tinashe, coming over to speak on the power of iteration. That's a math thing apparently.
