In this episode a question was brought to me asking what my main thing was. I wanted to rework it a little into thinking about the things I am good at, or that come naturally to me. If you're at a turning point in your life, ask yourself what your passions are? It might just clear some things up for you.
In episode 3 we dive into how I handle stressful situations that come up in my life. I will also go over the different coping mechanisms I use to help deal with stress. Hopefully you can relate to my pre-spective, and I challenge you to think about how you handle stress in your life.
For the second episode I answer the question "why are we afraid to cry?". Once again sharing my own "pre-spective" that you may agree or disagree with. Overall, I hope my answer challenges you to also think about it and maybe you can answer it yourself as well.
