She is a professionally licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, with 20 years of experience in the spa industry, working in private practice, group practice, destination resort spas, professional coaching, and spa development.
Find a mentor.
During this podcast, Ezralea talks about finding a mentor to guide you through your entrepreneur activities.  She says if she is the biggest brain in the room then she needs to find a new room.

She talks about the Goldman Sachs 10000 small businesses program that expanded her knowledge to a growth mindset.  She was tired of being seasonal and wanted to keep her team intact.  She came up with the idea to search for a store to fit a year-round basis with the business continuing at the resort.

She handles risk by not going in blindly and keeping her eyes open.  She handles stress by going to lunch with a girlfriend or having a drink.
She knows her market and her employees.
She utilizes her staff in the same way that she has grown up.  The industry is women dominated who believe in family freedom first and then work will fall into place.  If you try to work with women any other way they are going to make a secondary game plan.

She talks about how she got started and how she relaxes.  Go figure.  She likes massages!  She is passionate about what she does, but she loves to travel.
She got to live her purpose right from the beginning.
