This is a podcast about fantastic table top role playing game The Terminator RPG by our good friends at Nightfall Games. This is an independent podcast by fans for fans and my co -hosts for today are of course Craig Atkins and James DesChamps.
Today we have a real treat for you to enjoy in the form of a very special guest. He's an any award -winning game writer science fiction novelist and on a paralleled expert in continuity and canon.
He's the lead writer for the Alien, the role -playing game, Carbon Gray, the upcoming Planet of the Apes role -playing game, and of course, the Terminator RPG. He's also written fantastic novels in the worlds of Space 1999, Buck Rogers, The Planet of the Apes, and even authored Choose Your Own Adventure novels, if I'm not mistaken. Let me introduce you to the one and only Andrew E.C. Gaska.

Welcome to our first release. Here is our introduction to not only the podcast but also to the live play of a Terminator RPG campaign. Our main host is Danny Millard, with co-hosts James Deschamps, Adam Pulman, David Ettinger and myself Craig Atkins. We are a group of like-minded geeks with a passion for the Terminator universe.
This is a podcast about the fantastic tabletop role -playing game The Terminator RPG by our good friends at Nightfall Games. This is an independent podcast by fans, for fans, and really if you're interested in anything related to The Terminator, the films, the TV series, graphic novels, miniatures, art, original fiction, anything, this is the show for you.
So please join us as we explore The Terminator verse as it reaches the age of 40, where we will showcase various elements of the RPG for players and GMs alike. Then we're going to give you a seat at the table periodically in our War Stories podcast to listen to and observe our own individual games, techniques, and exciting role -playing adventures in both the future war and perhaps our characters will spend time fighting the machines in the not so distant past. We'll begin today with the most basic part of any role -playing game, Session Zero.
This is the game before the game, where everyone is introduced to the campaign that is about to be unfolded. We'll discuss character creation, optional rules, and etiquette, and I'll offer everyone a sneak peek at what lies in store for the heroes that will be born right here today.
