The party navigates the cave system and finds Calcif has sought them out. Their negotiations prove... tiresome, but an agreement is struck to get to the bottom of the Wizard Prime's machinations. Much is learned after they travel North to the Dwarf Dozen Lakes, and much seems to be lost.
Our adventurers brace themselves for battle against the glass monstrosity that came up the elevator. Spelunking beyond in search of a missing dwarf much goes awry as the mystery within the Barrier Mountains becomes a battle for their sanity. The meddlesome one and a dark entity drag them into the depths and beyond in a life threatening discovery.

The party deals with the fallout of Eleric's origin, learns of calamity back home, and delves toward deeper secrets to the South. With the folk of Keirhall falling ill and disappearing, there is little choice but to delve into the mountains to seek a way to stop the Wizard Prime's machinations. Lives of those they love depend upon them.
The party returns to Keirhall in the midst of a celebration befallen with calamity. They make an uncertain trek into the dark forest as those they know and love fall mysteriously ill. Eleric learns of an unfortunate fateful fact.
The intrepid heroes delve deeper into the uncertain Melgath Empire in order to bamboozle King Cram Cram into selecting a deity for the frog people. Chaos ensues as promises are kept and broken and the swampy Sterile Waters spiral into madness and violence.
I unfortunately lost the first half of this episode due to technical tomfoolery. Our heroes head to the swamps to uncover the rest of the map that Norric, Teagan's Brother, divided into two pieces for his own survival. With the aid of a friendly Bullywug they devise a plan to select the true "God" of the Bullywug people to end a divisive debate for the King. They meet both the "Red God" and "Garganto" as their two main candidates. Teagan is guilted by the survivor of her failed smuggling, hundreds of corrupt eggs are discovered, and the Red God tries to get the party to accept a deal for the Heart Stone.
The adventurers head out into the wilderness to uncover what's going on with Teagan's brother. The discovery of an entity far to the Southwest in the Sterile Waters leads them into some dangerous predicaments with a newfound guide.

In today's episode we discuss encounters: designing them, what they mean, how you can complicate them in a good way. We also discuss common pitfalls that dms commonly run into when trying to spice up their encounters.
Today Gabe and I discuss commonly used tropes in the game and if they are a hindrance to 5e. We also finish off our repercussion discussion from the last episode. Come check it out.
It's the most important thing to keep your campaign strong and long running: It's the health of your game and that's exactly what Gabe and I talk about. We discuss things like punishments, mental health, and much more. Come check it out.
How do you know when you should move on to a different player? How often should you use cliffhangers? How do you deal with a split party? These are all things that Gabe and I discuss and more in this episode, which is focused on your lens of the entire session.
I hand the episode off to Gabe so he can dive into his tables and what makes a dungeon a fun kind of grind. We discuss loosely the elements you need to nail your dungeon and we also talk about city planning as well. Come check it out!
To celebrate our 10th episode we're going into our mailbag and answering some questions from our listeners, such as our opinions on magical items, the importance of the female gaze, and how weird it is that we don't focus on nonmagical items as much as magical items.
