This week we are meeting with Steve Wanczyk.
Steve is an executive director at a non-profit dedicated to election integrity along with being the founder of a company called the Dunshire group.
We talk about the work Steve is doing to fight for election integrity in the US, key in 2020 and how his career in digital marketing and communications helps support his work today.
Steve started out in online merchandising in 2006 then moved into online reputation. Steve moved on to a start-up and quickly progressed through the ranks, seeing the company grow from a small number of employees in a kitchen to hundreds of employees post many mergers and acquisitions.

This week we are chatting to Craig Smith.
Craig is Group President, Asia Pacific for Marriott International. He is responsible for the strategic leadership of all operational and development functions spanning 24 countries and territories and 23 brands. He oversees more than 780 open hotels and 135,000 people.
Prior to his current position, Craig served two-and-a-half years as President of Marriott’s the Caribbean and Latin American region. Before moving to the Caribbean and Latin American region in 2011, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for the Asia Pacific region.
As a son of an American diplomat, Craig has lived in 13 countries, working in North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
In today's conversation we chat about everything from his time in Thailand, leading a team through the tsunami in 2004 to how Craig’s career began in housekeeping 30 years ago.
