~ The answer to Daruma quiz ~
昨日のだるまクイズの答えです。
だるまを買った後は、お願い事をした後に左目を描きます。
そして、そのお願い事が叶ったら右目を描きます。
お願い事が叶ったら、お寺や神社に持って行って、
「お焚き上げ」をしてもらうのが一般的です。
だるまは倒れても起き上がるので、縁起がいい物と言われています。
きのうの だるま くいずの こたえです。
だるまを かったあとは、おねがいごとを したあとに ひだりめを かきます。
そして、その おねがいごとが かなったら みぎめを かきます。
おねがいごとが かなったら、おてらや じんじゃに もっていって、
「おたきあげ」をしてもらうのが いっぱんてきです。
だるまは たおれても おきあがるので、えんぎが いいもの といわれています。
Here are the answers to yesterday's Daruma quiz.
After you get a Daruma doll, you make a wish and then paint the left eye.
Then, once your wish comes true, you paint the right eye.
After your wish comes true, it's customary to take the Daruma
to a temple or shrine to have it ritually burned.
Daruma is considered to be a thing that brings you a luck
because they return to an upright position even when it’s knocked over.

（おたきあげ）
/ Temples and shrines pray and burn things for you
like omamori (charm), omikuji, something it’s hard to throw away.
It’s called Otakiage.
縁起がいい
（えんぎが いい）
/ good luck
※ When something would bring you a good luck,
it’s 縁起がいい.
