福島県双葉郡葛尾（かつらお）村で実施しているアートのプログラム「Katsurao Collective」。これまで様々な滞在アーティストとの対話や雑談をお届けしてきましたが、そういえば「そもそもKatsurao Collectiveってなに？アーティストインレジデンスってなに？？」って話をしていなかったなと思い、2025年のプログラムのご案内も兼ねて導入回を録りました。スタッフ阪本のひとり喋りです。
