In today's episode I met with Natasha Ten Cate, SVP Marketplace at Booking.com, to discuss what changes in our perspective as we grow as engineering leaders.  We talked about the transition from IC to frontline manager, and from manager of ICs to manager of managers. We discussed how to define the impact we have as leaders when we're not writing code, and how to mentor our people to increase their impact within their teams and across teams. We saw some valuable tips for increasing our impact outside our immediate scope, and how to make sure we're in the right mindset to become a force multiplier as leaders.
