我在東北那時候，有一個男孩子十四歲，給我當侍者。他想要學神通，我說：「你要學神通，先要受苦通，把這個苦受了，然後才能得到通呢！你不能受苦，就不能得到通。」他就很相信的。那麼跟著我有一百多天，我叫他吃種種的苦，不能忍的忍，不能讓的讓，不能吃的要吃，不能受的要受，天天給他苦頭吃。
