整天坐在辦公桌前,下班後又缺乏運動嗎?小心這些壞習慣引發「下交叉症候群」,讓你腰痠又背痛!

來搞清楚「下交叉症候群」,之前我們聊過俗稱的「圓肩」指的就是「上交叉症候群」,那下交叉又是指哪些肌群?長期久坐會造成肌肉失衡引起腰痛,又稱「下交叉症候群」。過度短縮無力與過度伸長無力的肌群,正好呈現交叉狀。久坐導致背部的豎脊直肌緊縮、屈髖肌緊縮,臀大肌無力、核心肌群無力,而且這樣的肌肉緊縮問題,會使骨盆產生往前旋轉的力量,便造成「骨盆前傾、骨盆歪斜」問題。
