青春健身教室開課囉~
長時間維持同一個姿勢,久站、久坐,都是容易背痛的高風險族群,症狀嚴重時,更會引發肌肉或韌帶的拉傷、扭傷。另外椎間盤問題、骨骼結構問題或神經壓迫,也都會引發背痛,讓人坐立難安、輾轉難眠。
除了優先接受專業醫療人員評估和治療,也可搭配療癒背痛的瑜伽練習,包括呼吸與靜心,讓呼吸從短淺急促變得深沉穩定,肌肉也能隨之放鬆。再者是藉由適度的伸展鬆開緊繃的軟組織,最後要鍛鍊肌力,增強脊椎的穩定性,幫助改善背痛問題。
