Last Episode Conner and I talked about balancing relationships in the workplace. We focused a bit more on really keeping our own mental health safe in relation to work. I missed one key thing I wanted to talk about, mentorship. I believe there are many positive relationships we can foster at work, and mentoring others I one way to create a more uplifting environment. This episode is a brief follow up on my conversation with Conner to add those key points.
