HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYBODY! How fun to have Halloween on a Friday this year! So I had to jump in and record something special & spooky for you all to give you something to listen to while you carve pumpkins prepare for the arrival of trick-or-treaters.
On this special Halloween solo episode I get into a bit of the history of Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos as well as share some personal experiences with entities/ghosts and tell a very creepy true story of a Witch's curse. I had a lot of fun recording it and hope you have just as much fun listening! And wherever you and whatever you're doing I hope you have a safe and fabulous Halloween!

Humans are not meant to merely survive. We were born to THRIVE. To live into our full, pure potential as a spark of the Divine Universe. My guest this week, Stephanie Nelson, holds this truth dearly. Yet she also recognizes that if we're being honest with ourselves, the grind and pressure of life not only feels far from thriving, it can seem nearly unlivable. The stress. The pain. The exhaustion. The endless cycle of doing, overdoing, and abandoning yourself just to keep up. Feeling constantly on edge—dysregulated, overwhelmed, disconnected from who you really are. Stephanie wants Women of the World to know that you're not broken. You're not lazy. You're not too sensitive. Your nervous system is sounding the alarm—and you’ve never been taught how to listen.
On this guest episode Stephanie shares her wisdom on what anxiety really is, how Anxiety, depression, and other struggles aren’t flaws or disorders, they’re survival strategies. She also speaks to the losing game of stress reduction and stress healing vs. stress reduction, how nervous system harmony unlocks healing, and how Stephanie facilitates nervous system harmony rather than regulation. In her words "you can’t regulate your way out of dysregulation". Nervous system healing helps shift patterns like chronic pain, anxiety, gut issues, ADHD, and perfectionism. She also breaks down everyday somatic hygiene, simple, everyday practices to weave nervous system care into your day. This is the foundation of Stephanie’s program, RESOURCED. And of course we get caught up in beautiful conversation around all these topics and have a blast exploring how Women and humans as a whole can come to have such greater quality and joy in life.
Bio:
Stephanie Nelson is a trauma-informed somatic coach, nervous system practitioner, and founder of The Stress Healers. Once a workaholic who couldn’t rest without guilt (or without another glass of wine) she knows what it’s like to feel anxious, scattered, and overwhelmed no matter how hard you try. Somatics revealed a different path... one where the body, not the mind or another to-do list, holds the key to the healing and freedom you deserve. Now she helps high-achieving women stop bracing for life and start living it, guiding them into confidence, clarity, and the fulfillment they’ve been missing.

“You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”
― The Wizard of Oz
I hate that to admit that it's true, yet I have spent most of my life thinking there was something very wrong with me. Defective. Disfigured. Doomed. This state of mind has improved and healed greatly over the years yet at times it still rears it's gnarly head and haunts me. The idea that NOTHING is WRONG with me (or you!)has been a theme/ message that kept popping up this year so I decided it was time to sit down and record about it.
On this solo episode I discuss the detriment to the human Soul that is wondering; what is wrong with me? To question your value, worth, abilities, intelligence, lovability, and if you even matter. Terrible feeling. When did this develop, why has it inflicted Humans for so long, and what can we do about it? I explore these and other questions as well as share my own experience and recent revelations around keeping my spirits and standards high and not keeping anything around in my life that is Not For Me in an attempt to prove that there is nothing wrong with me.

With life often feeling so overly structured and focused on conforming, it's understandable that you could use a guide to help you reach your naturally wild, authentic self. Women are so fantastically, remarkably luscious and rich. Exuberent! Yet for so long we've been told our role is to hold that in and be a good girl, not seen or heard. Well my guest this week has made it her life's work to say, forget that! Holly Copeland , creator of the Inner Rewilding process, is a scientist, coach and healing practitioner who is devoted to rewilding the earth from the inside out. Knowing that the beauty we long for in the world begins with awakening to the peace and joy of our true nature, she skillfully supports others in coming home to themselves.
On this guest episode, Holly shares her fascinating story of having an ecologist’s perspective on how the inner path is critical to solving the global conservation and humanitarian crisis, finding our inner rewilding, and provides her modern mystical approach to awakening the self, and discovering frequency, The Ultimate Healer - Harnessing the power of light and sound to heal
Bio:
Holly Erin Copeland is a former ecologist turned guide to the wild within. Through her work in Inner Rewilding, she helps spiritual seekers, visionaries, and earth-conscious leaders return to the wild intelligence of their being.
Rooted in modern non-dual awareness and the wisdom of the body, Holly creates sacred containers for deep healing and remembrance—where frequency, ceremony, somatic attunement, and presence converge. Her work is a love song to those ready to reawaken coherence between body, soul, and Earth.
With a background in conservation biology and decades of spiritual practice, Holly blends science and mysticism into a truly integrative path. She is trained in Human Potential Coaching, Neuromeditation, Subtle Energy Meditation, Biofield Tuning, breathwork, Reiki, and ceremonial plant medicine guidance.
She lives among the oaks in Nevada City, California, where she sings to the land, listens to the trees, and celebrates the beauty of this wild, precious life.

The question of what happens after we die is one as old as time itself. We all wonder about it & are devastated by it at some point. Many fear it. And others feel that they already know or have even experienced it themselves. My guest this week, Ryan McCormick, produced an entire series of interviews based on the topic of the death and the afterlife. And all this within his pioneering podcast, "Outer Limits of Inner Truth," that delves into the profound mysteries of life, liberty, health, and the human spirit. Clearly I had a lot of questions, and accolades, for Ryan. We had a fantastic time chatting about all things other worldly.
On this week's guest episode, Ryan shares how he came to embark on this journey of sharing stories of the Outer Limits of Inner Truth with the World. He shares about his early days of working with several mentors including metaphysical visionary Stuart Wilde to creating the "world's only show about Forensic Soul Analysis." Ryan tells us what made him decide to tackle death and the afterlife in such a comprehensive way, how he balances being respectful of different beliefs while exploring such spiritual territory, and what he hopes someone who's never thought about these topics gets from listening.
Ryan's remarkable series, Journey Beyond Death, spanning 65 original interviews, including 28 with individuals who have had near-death experiences (NDEs), this series weaves together stories of survival, grief, revelation, and spiritual awakening. It brings together voices rarely heard in one place: grief counselors, psychologists, metaphysical teachers, mediums, and survivors of clinical death—all sharing their deeply human experiences and insights.
The series begins by meeting listeners where they are: in the raw immediacy of grief. The opening episodes feature deeply personal accounts from people who have lost children, spouses, siblings, and close friends. These early stories are not sensational—they're sacred. They’re grounded in real-world heartbreak, but also resilience, offering comfort to anyone navigating the silent terrain of mourning.
Bio:
Ryan McCormick is a public relations professional and the host and executive producer of "Outer Limits of Inner Truth," a pioneering podcast that delves into the profound mysteries of life, liberty, health, and the human spirit. Since its debut in 2014 on BlogTalkRadio, the show has earned its reputation as the "world's only show about Forensic Soul Analysis."
McCormick is the co-founder of Goldman McCormick Public Relations and a Florida State University graduate (B.S. '00). He's the recipient of a 2016 Bulldog Reporter Corporate Social Responsibility PR Gold Award for his work on the Nick Hillary campaign, which helped lead to Hillary's exoneration.
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, McCormick describes himself as a "perpetual seeker" and "Fringe Dweller" with an insatiable curiosity for science and spirituality. He's had the honor of working with several mentors including metaphysical visionary Stuart Wilde, Howard Stern, Ron Paul, and PR legend Michael Levine.
His show has featured high-profile guests including Richard Belzer, George Noory, Dr. Ron Paul, Robert Kiyosaki, Dr. Naomi Wolf, and others.

* Hello Beautiful Listeners. I could use a little refresher right now on this topic from 2023, I thought maybe some of you might as well. As I move into yet another time of limbo and change, I'm unsure what's ahead and doing my best to keep the faith. I know it will all work out for all of us! Have a fabulous weekend, sending all the love. *
It's amazing how we can feel like we've reached a place of peace, confidence, and acceptance of ourselves until we step into the outside World. Entering into situations where we feel overlooked, unnoticed, called out, or that we don't fit in can disturb the stability we create within ourselves through healing and spiritual work. So when we get knocked off our path of self assurance and love, how do we get ourselves back on track?
On this episode I give examples of situations that can cause us to feel like we've lost touch with and begin to question ourselves. I share my thoughts on how and why this happens, why it's a common experience, and how we can begin to strengthen our relationship with ourselves to avoid such disturbances in self confidence in the future.

*HELLO DEAR LISTENERS! This episode comes out on my birthday!! I'm vacationing for my big 4-0 so I offer up this Throw Back Episode as a little resource for getting through this Eclipse portal as there might be a little Dark Night of The Soul action coming through. Much love to you all!*
Most likely you have heard the term, "A Dark Night of the Soul" before. Referring to a time of being brought to your knees by challenges in life, grief, reliving past traumas and pain, and realizing a discrepancy between your current lifestyle and your Soul's purpose. The actual experience of a Dark Night cannot be so easily wrapped up with a simple explanation. As with so many things, each individual's journey through it is unique. Some can come in the form of hitting rock bottom with addiction. Others come out of the blue as an emotional purging and releasing of past memories and traumas they may have thought were long behind them. Whatever the form or means, A Dark Night can be extremely frightening, painful, intense, yet are always for our highest good and a part of our Soul's evolutionary journey.
I offer this episode for those who may find themselves in the midst of A Dark Night, feeling lost and confused. Or those who are curious and intrigued by it. Whatever brought you here, I hope it is helpful and informative.

What does it mean to be human? To navigate a Soul? To learn to heal from Life & its experiences? How can we come to be fully present in our bodies and trust ourselves and our paths? These are question that my guest this week, Kyla Gagnon, is deeply acquainted with. She is a strong advocate for Feminine empowerment and inner strength combined with peace. She wants women to speak all the way up about anything +
everything & to know what safety in their body feels like, safety in partnership feels like and safety in FULLY living feels like. Kyla aims to inspire women to disengage from mediocre and step into their wildness.
On this Guest episode Kyla tells us about her journey work as a trauma release breathwork facilitator and empowerment coach for women.
We discuss her mission to help 1,000,000 women reclaim their power and amplify their lives and how we can all be apart of this mission. She shares about how After a 15 year career as a fitness coach, competitor, model and writer, yoga instructor and retreat leader SOMETHING ws
missing. There was a DEPTH I was craving, and fitness felt limiting and superficial. I found Breathwork in 2019 and everything changed for me , literally overnight. The depth I was seeking was within ME and it took a breathwork journey to open this up for me. I burnt my business to the ground and dove head first into somatics, trauma training and breathwork. Now 6 years later I am HOME, and get to support others in finding this magic within them everyday.
BIO:
Kyla Gagnon is a somatic Breathwork facilitator and embodiment and empowerment coach for women. She is also a retreat host, and the host of Reclaimed, the podcast. A podcast dedicated to supporting women in reclaiming their power. Kyla's work is rooted in trauma informed nervous system regulation and emotional regulation through a somatic lens (body based vs mind based).
She is the founder of Breathe With Kyla, a somatics and BREATHWORK membership for women, and School Of Breath Medicine a breathwork and somatics teacher training program. After 16 years in the fitness industry, it became crystal clear that there had to be something more, something deeper and it’s been through conscious connected Breathwork that she has found this depth both within herself and within her clients. It was an immediate and intuitive knowing that this was the direction to take, and after one session she began the process of closing her business of 16 years and stepping fully into somatics and Breathwork.

I'm back again with another NEW solo episode and I plan to keep them coming! Today I want to share a little more about the grief & loss experience, some insights into Virgo season, a head up for the approaching Eclipse season, and some thoughts on letting things kill you. Yes. To welcome experiences that lead to an internal death; death meaning ending, transformation, passing over into a new experience. That what you feel almost killed you may have actually just killed the part of you that would tolerate the experience that hurt you. And isn't that a gift?
I hope this episode offers some guidance and helpful insight! If you have any requests for topics of future episodes please reach out and let me know!

Hello to me Beautiful Listeners!...it's been awhile,
After 2 months of a grief fueled disconnect, I finally felt ready this week to sit down and share the story of my sweet angel pup Audrey's departure from this World in a solo episode for you all. It's been a rough couple of months yet there have certainly been some sweet moments and beautiful rainbows between the storms. I also share about heart warming visits with friends and family and renewing and cleansing adventures. There have been more tears than I knew I had and a roller coaster of feelings, yet I'm back and ready to share and get back to what I love most. Thank you all for your patience and for sticking around and supporting the show as I navigate through a very challenging year. Yet, of course, with challenge comes growth, strength, & grit and I'm all for that! So I keep my Soul pup in my heart and her spirit by my side and keep on keeping on even with a broken heart.

The funhouse of an abusive, manipulative, or Narcissistic relationship can leave you very disoriented when you finally find your way out. The amount of trauma there is to process can feel stifling and the endless questions may bombard you. What was the extent of their lies? Was any of it true? Did they ever really love me? Why do I still have feelings for this person who hurt me so badly? Sometimes you just need some help to get out of the woods. This is where my guest this week, Bre Wolta, comes in. Bre is a Relationship Clarity Coach who is passionate about helping women heal from the mindf*ck of narcissistic relationships so that they can rebuild their confidence and securely attach in future healthy relationships.

Bre explains why she is so passionate about helping women heal from the narcissistic mindf*ck & the 3 elements she believes we need to fully heal the narcissistic wound and allow us to securely attach in all of our relationships with friends, lovers, and family. We both explore our personal past dealing with deceitful partners and how we are all capable of reclaiming our light and belief in true, safe, healthy love.

* THROW BACK EPISODE from the Summer of 2023, enjoy!*
A few weekends ago I traveled to the Oregon coast and received a wave of a message from the remarkable Pacific Ocean. The ocean roared in all of its glory as I sat on a rock at the shore. I felt its power and could hear it urging me, "don't hold back!" It yelled, "Give all of yourself to this life, give it everything you've got!" These messages continued and flowed through me, the emphasis to allow yourself to come through as your full, authentic, Divine Feminine self and let your creative abilities come forth into the World with all your might. To not restrain your true self or unique gifts. Whew! It was powerful and inspiring.
In this episode I talk more about this experience and how it can lead to releasing codependent attachments to what other people think or do and following your own brilliance. I also share about heeding the call. Keeping yourself open to the call of the Universe and your Soul to travel somewhere, call someone, attend an event, do something spontaneous, head to the coast or the woods. Whatever it might be, the World around us is always speaking to us and offering guidance and wisdom, are you listening?

The human body is a miraculous thing. Most incredible is the fact that we only know a small fragment of what it is capable of and it's potential. Specifically when it comes to genomes and our DNA. This week's guest, Ruslana Remennikova, has dedicated her life to this fascinating exploration of human potential & evolution. Ruslana is the author of the book, Activating Our 12-Stranded DNA: Secrets of Dodecahedral DNA for Completing Our Human Evolution. She is also a scientist, sound healer, and artist.
On this guest episode, Ruslana shares some fascinating insights into mysterious and exciting realms of where Science meets Spirituality. She explains what first sparked the idea for Activating Our 12-Stranded DNA, describes the idea of 12-stranded DNA & why it's important, and what the special frequencies are that seem to “speak” to our DNA. She also speaks on how sound and intention work together when it comes to awakening our DNA, what the connection is between water, DNA, and consciousness, and how activating our DNA can support healing—both emotionally and physically.

* HEY THERE LOVELY LISTENERS! I'm on the road for a few weeks so enjoy this throw back from last Summer! It's still a relevant theme however because we have indeed entered into a Mercury Retrograde period in real time!*
How is Mercury Retrograde treating everyone? In case it's hitting you with some confusion in your relationship or life situations and you're all up in your head then this episode is for you. After venting to a dear friend about some current, concerning energies in my life she offered very sage advice, "just let it ride". And I realized she was absolutely right. Which made me realize how perfect that guidance is for MR. That take-a-pause and watch-and-wait energy that allows for greater clarity before making a decision. It also brought the Temperance tarot card to mind so I share about that as well.
On this Divine Feminine solo episode I offer some encouragement to embrace the Temperance card energy at this time and to not rush into any decisions, keeping one foot on solid ground and the other in the water of emotions. Giving pause to consider all factors and also just to realize that as the river flows, new waters come through that may give you a different experience than you thought. Remember you can never have the same experience twice, it will always be a little different because you are different now. There are no "wrong" decisions so take a breath and give yourself grace.

"“And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.”
― John Steinbeck, East of Eden
This quote inspired the Divine Feminine solo episode for this week. Sometimes you read a quote and it just hits you. Opens a pathway in your brain that allows you to realize, "Oh...maybe that could be true." I read this quote at just the right moment to get the message clearly, it's time to stop fighting to be perfect and just be you, perfectly. Why do so many of us hold on so tightly to the idea of perfection, particularly Women? Always pushing, trying to get closer & closer to what we think will finally allow us to be "enough", happy, and free to enjoy our lives. I believe it's because we don't know how to accept ourselves unconditionally, as we are, in the moment. We're always seeking more to get us closer to this unachievable state of "perfection" because the pursuit has become more comfortable to us than actually being able to feel perfect or even, enough. I hope you get the message meant for you out of it, thank you for listening!
