Who Are These Podcasts?
Ep671 - StutJo, Patrick Michael, Paris Hilton, Meghan Markle
This week we check in on Stuttering John’s latest saga featuring Keanu Thompson going all in. Imagine thinking your best option is to team up with John. Ava Raiza told John that Kevin Brennan was wearing poopy diapers at John’s Stress Factory show and StutJo couldn’t wait to believe it. Lucy Tightbox joins the show to discuss Meghan Markle’s latest failure, getting interviewed at the Fortune Most Powerful Women summit and falling flat on her face. Steel Toe had a great Monday show after his week in jail but by Wednesday he’s desperate for the goal. Producer Chris was checking out John Goblikon, Kristine Knowlton, Crissy Salem, and Frenchie Hana. Paris Hilton has a brand new affliction and somehow she is affected by it in ways that don’t actually exist.  Check out Lucy Tightbox - http://www.onceoverwithcayley.com/ Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Watch the episode here: https://youtube.com/live/2ALupxKgFYc  Learn more about your ad choices. Who Are These Podcasts?
Ep670 - StutJo with Heather McDonald, Opie & Ron, Aaron Imholte
Aaron Imholte was back on his show after a week in Stearns County jail. His ability to spin negative experiences in his life into positive moments is insane. Aaron taught the inmates how to have fun, was recognized by every jail employee, and discovered the secret to living a fulfilled life. We've been having fun analyzing Aaron for a while but seriously, this man is insane. Right? Adam Busch has been following the Opester closely ever since Ron the Waiter confronted him about Anthony’s recent rant that exposed Opie for who he really is. Ron is the star of the show now so Opie’s filibustering with nonsensical stories from his childhood. There’s a great compilation of Stuttering John insulting his daughter. We go back to 2016 to watch John completely sabotage Stephanie Miller’s interview with Heather McDonald. Megan and Annie join us for another round of “Is It Gay?”, recent reviews, and your voicemails. Ep669 - Mojo in the Morning
We’re celebrating Jocktober by revisiting Mojo in the Morning, a show that airs in Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Toledo. Bianca is the newest member of the show and she might be super hot! Oh wait… nope, we checked her Instagram. Either way, she has an unpleasant conversation with a coworker and that becomes a call-in segment.  Trucker Andy joins the show to reveal that their listeners are cucks and that Mojo has the worst take ever on the NBA gambling scandal. Ray DeVito has a drunk cokehead on his show and talks to her like she’s speaking coherently. Erock sent in an example of radio’s dystopian future, the Fred Show’s fake “waiting by the phone” segment, and a pre-recorded NYC morning show. Opie is back at Gebhard’s with Ron the Waiter and they have the worst possible takes on ICE raids and the NBA gambling scandal. Kevin Brennan failed miserably trying to sabotage Stuttering John’s standup show with Geno and Keanu in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Speaking of StutJo, he was wasted on Friday night with guest Ava Raiza who admits she visited his trans son’s house. What?? We end with Net News and your voicemails. Ep668 - Ron the Waiter vs. Gregg Opie Hughes
We have an explosive episode where Opie is forced by Ron the Waiter to confront reality for the first time. But first, Keanu gets called out for scrolling through her mom’s phone without permission. Keanu really has zero regard for people’s private information. KarmicX is completely out of things to do on his show but thankfully Adam is in his chat so it gives him the opportunity to scream about Adam and me being gay. A racist podcast has an opinion about my takes on Whitney Cummings. Myster Magenta has a new song dedicated to Aaron Imholte’s jail sentence. Ava Raiza revealed a potential scheme from the Shuli Network that involved StutJo’s trans son and John couldn’t be happier to play the victim! We watch the second and third episodes of John’s epic failures on the Pro Football Arm Wrestling Championship. Ron the Waiter watched Anthony Cumia’s recent takedown of Opie and he learned a lot about his podcasting partner that he was unaware of. Thankfully, Ron took copious notes and really took the Opester to task. It’s brilliant and one of the most significant events to ever happen on Opie’s stream. Megan and Annie join us for another round of “Is It Gay?” and Cardiff’s “To Poke A Dabbler.” And finally Megan reads some Spotify comments and we hear your voicemails.  Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Watch this episode here: https://youtube.com/live/xFSqtHOgAbI  Learn more about your ad choices. Ep667 - Howard Stern Interview, The Mens Room
This week we’re celebrating Jocktober by revisiting The Mens Room, an afternoon drive show in Seattle. These guys have stingers, segments, energy, and tons of nonsense. The one thing they don’t have is the afternoon off when everyone else in their town is watching the Mariners game.  Blind Mike joins us to remind us that he’s been studying these idiots for years and it’s amazing that their show hasn’t changed at all. Robb Spewak is our Cringe of the Week on the Mike O’Meara Show. Howard Stern was interviewed by Andy Cohen and Howard hasn't been this candid in many years. He was actually forced to answer questions his fans have been asking for quite some time. Steel Toe calls Geno from jail and immediately regrets it. Stuttering John had a comedy gig last night and blamed me for a guy messing with him. I am living rent free in a place where I don’t choose to spend any time. Who Are These Podcasts?
Ep666 - Pro Football Arm Wrestling Championship
We start with an update on Aaron Imholte’s jail sentence and how he’s coping with having to serve eight days straight. He’s not sleeping well but it’s not because he’s dreading the pokey. He has an unbelievable attitude about his situation; it’s almost like he’s looking forward to it.  Vinnie Paulino joins Adam, Chris, and me to get an update on bad boy KarmicX. Because it’s episode 666, Producer Chris brings some clips from our favorite metalhead motivational speaker on Metal Mascara. Whitney Cummings took money from the Saudi government and is handling the criticism about as poorly as anyone possibly could. At least Bill Burr isn’t calling his detractors racists… yet. For some reason Christian Bladt and Eric Zane showed up on Tom Myers vs. the Rest of the World and treated it like a real show. Wasn’t Bladt on the Dennis Miller Show? Opie briefly faked a retirement but this week he’s right back to riffing with Ron the Waiter about how much money they don’t make on YouTube. After some comparisons between Opie and Stuttering John, we finally strap in for John’s reaction to finding out we have the Pro Football Arm Wrestling Championship that originally aired on CBS in 2017. Then we play highlights from the show that John’s been bragging about for years. Oof! Ep665 - BARQ!cast
This very special episode marks the return of Mean Doug and Kaya Orsan talking about furries. But not just any furries, these “celebrity” furries started a furry dating app and a podcast. That’s right, a dating app for furries so you know what that means - NO GIRLS ALLOWED! Doug and Kaya checked out different episodes of these degenerates that include a Chinese furry who was groomed by a college professor. We celebrate Jocktober with Jubal, the morning jock who is also a standup comedian and rapper. His character Trevor makes a fake prank call that makes zero sense and then he interviews himself. Bert Kreischer was a guest on TigerBelly with Bobby Lee and Khalyla Kuhn where he talks about his desire to stop podcasting and become a pornographer. Kaya and Doug did a little extra homework and decided to introduce us to a sex doll podcast featuring creeps who sell child sex dolls. Like, for real. Stuttering John deletes his Friday video (we have it) because he showed porn on his stream. But it’s not his fault, he didn’t know! We finish up with a round of To Poke A Dabbler, Internet News, and your voicemails. Ep664 - Stuttering John on Opie with Jim, Aaron Imholte, Anthony Cumia
We start things off in Austin, TX where Brendan Schaub has been let down by his son’s performance on the baseball diamond. Remember when I said it’s not smart for Bapa to rely on his nine year-old’s athletic achievements to justify moving the entire family to Texas? Fly on the Wall had Charlie Sheen on and Emilio Estevez was kind of on the show, too. Chad Zumock received a compliment from Adam Busch and didn’t know how to process it. Steel Toe is going to serve jail time and his cope is that it’s actually going to be a great time and he probably won’t want to leave his new friends. Stuttering John has three friends who are mad at him and poor Ava has to console him. Anthony Cumia can’t wait to show up to court for StutJo’s defamation suit. Opie just posted video of Stuttering John and Dave Attell guesting on Opie with Jim Norton. It turns out O&A breaking up wasn’t Opie’s fault at all. On Opie’s morning stream we learn that Opie’s daughter had a birthday party and a very special gift. Opie also has a hilarious bit about female hygiene products and Ron the Waiter is calling out Opie and reading private text messages. Megan joins us for a round of Is It Gay?, Annie is on for another edition of To Poke A Dabbler, we tease the next episode, read recent reviews and comments, and listen to your voicemails.  Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Watch this episode here: https://youtube.com/live/IXOltWd_si0 Learn more about your ad choices. Minisode - StutJo's Blacked Out 60th Birthday Stream
Stuttering John had his 60th birthday grift-a-thon yesterday and it lasted late into the night. He got back from dinner, completely hammered, and decided he needed more money. So he drunkenly streamed and embarrassed himself for hours. Producer Chris, Jen from the Jingles Department, and Cardiff join the show to discuss how lonely and horny John is as he hits on Keanu and calls Ashley Cummings multiple times throughout the night. And don't worry, there's beer math! Ep663 - The Howard Stern Show Jocktober Extravaganza
This week we’re celebrating Jocktober by reviewing multiple radio shows. We start with the biggest name in morning radio, Howard Stern. On Tuesday the king of all media had a ridiculous argument with his wife about whether or not he’s “fun.” It’s pretty obvious that this marriage is on the ropes based on the conversation and the specific words that are being used by Beth. Erik Nagel joins the show along with first-time guest and Howard Stern expert MLP. NYC news station 1010 WINS had a very unfortunate x-rated broadcast earlier this week. Tom Myers is back with his political podcast after taking the entire summer off and his monologue does disappoint. Morning radio staple War of the Roses had a short-lived and ill-advised animated series that iHeart quickly removed from Earth. Opie addresses the purchased views and complains about $2 superchats from “haters.” Jeffrey from the morning duo Brooke and Jeffrey sings a parody song about Cal Raleigh and there isn’t a joke to be found. We help the very stable Pulper connect with Erock. Stuttering John might have a new lawsuit on his hands as Anthony Cumia claims John SA’d a woman in Vegas. Finally, we play a round of To Poke A Dabbler, get caught up on Internet News, and listen to recent voicemails.  Check out Erock - http://itseriknagel.com/ Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Learn more about your ad choices. Ep662 - Steel Toe Going to Jail, Stephanie Miller, Opie & Ron, Schaub, Geno Burro
Aaron Imholte was sentenced to 15 days in jail after taking a plea deal in his revenge porn case and pleading guilty to a gross misdemeanor. He immediately went on his stream to perform the greatest cope of his career. Geno Burro (Rocco) joins the show to discuss the falling out between Geno Bisconte and Aaron as well as report on what really happened in the courtroom.  Theo Von had a bad outing at the Beacon Theater while recording his NetFlix special but don’t worry, Brendan Schaub steps in to help his buddy deal with the haters. How does Bapa still not understand how the internet works? Ron the Waiter is feeling more and more powerful and is really starting to give it back to Opie who appears to be taking it (for now). Adam was checking out how Marc Maron and Billy West handled Stuttering John when they were guests on the Stephanie Miller Show. Who Are These Podcasts?
Ep661 - The Dan LeBatard Show with Stugotz
Dan LeBatard hosts what must the softest and most nonsensical sports talk show out there. What foods and smells remind you of your childhood? What’s the best way to throw a pocket knife? Which WNBA player is the most underrated? Here’s a question, when are you going to talk about sports? Trucker Andy joins the show to introduce us to a guy named Zas who is very passionate about the Dolphin’s alternate uniforms for some reason. Bonnie MacFarland goes on Story Wars and explains why she stopped podcasting with Rich Vos. StutJo calls Lucy trans to trans woman Ava Raiza. Opie does the thing all of us assumed he would be too smart to do, but he actually does it during the stream in order to win Matt’s love. Stuttering John has VTL on the show and sure enough, Vince breaks the rules they agreed to offline and John has a complete meltdown over it. We finish up with Internet News and your voicemails. Who Are These Podcasts?
Ep660 - Opie & Ron Show, Keanu, Michael Ray Bower, StutJo, KarmicX
This week we start off in rural Minnesota where KarmicX is having a tough go. He’s already having a bad day when Adam Busch shows up in the chat and Karmic takes notice. He has a Rob Saul-esque meltdown over the most innocuous chats. The good news is, he might be teaming up with Aaron Imholte on Steel Toe if they can figure out the contract.  We watch Keanu Thompson make up stories about me while on Misery Loves Company with Kevin Brennan. Apparently when I was in the Catskills at Chrissie Mayr’s event, I was a nervous wreck, crying about Keanu potentially telling KB about my live show. Wow, what a crazy break from reality. Adam is continuing his deep dive on Michael Ray Bower; the former Nickelodeon actor reflects on the failure of his Monday Night Football drinking stream. Stuttering John was publicly rejected by Kristen Carney and he does not handle it well. Opie continues to be shamed by Ron the Waiter for not stepping up and getting him a new mattress while three different WATP listeners are chipping in. Megan and Annie join us for a round of “Is It Gay?” and Cardiff’s “To Poke A Dabbler.” We finish things off with some reviews, Spotify comments, and your voicemails. Ep659 - Rock Bottom with Ned Fulmer
Ned Fulmer was a “wife guy” on the Try Guys when fans took photos of him having an affair with his producer. Everyone on the Try Guys took this very seriously and they kicked him out of the company, apologized profusely, and even removed Ned from past videos. Three years later, Ned starts a podcast and his first guest is his ex-wife. This episode is excruciating! Ariel, the ex, cannot talk! Ned is lucky he got caught! Cardiff Electric and Lucy Tightbox join the show to see what the Try Guys are doing now (spoiler: it sucks). Then we listen to Teaser Talk with some dumb chick who tries to interview Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein, the bitter guitarist from the Misfits. He HATES being on the podcast. Producer Chris and I are on the menu! Opie is joined by Chris Ferretti, the world’s worst Donald Trump impersonator. Meghan Markle’s Netflix show is even worse than you could imagine; she does her best Martha Stewart impression which turns out to be the worst Martha Stewart impression. Stuttering John pinpoints a small detail in the paperwork that was recently filed and does his best to litigate the lolsuit on his show. We play a round of To Poke A Dabbler that’s hosted by Tookie, check in on the internet news, and listen to your voicemails.  Cardiff’s channel - https://www.youtube.com/@CardiffElect Lucy’s channel - https://www.youtube.com/@OnceOverwithCayley  Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Learn more about your ad choices. Ep658 - Stuttering John is Reeling, Opie, Michael Ray Bower, Aaron Imholte
We start off with the Steel Toe Morning Show because Keanu, Chrissie, and KarmicX showed up on Alex Stein’s show and he commented on Aaron. For once Aaron played a clip and we quickly learn why he doesn’t do that. After Alex makes fun of him, Aaron decides what Alex was actually thinking and why he didn’t actually mean that. Aaron also missed the goal and couldn’t console himself.  Adam Busch was checking out Michael Ray Bower, aka Donkey Lips, as he continues to do nothing to improve his situation in life while begging for money, alcohol, and tacos. Stuttering John decided to give a full history of everything that led to our current lolsuit and we point out everything he’s lying about and leaving out. Opie seems to need money but one thing he doesn’t need is Ron the Waiter as a friend and he really lets Ron know it. It’s just a matter of time until Ron is team WATP. Ep657 - High Low with Emrata feat. Julia Fox (Live in Detroit)
This week’s episode is star-studded starting with a Dave Landau standup set. Then we’re joined by Drew Lane, Dave Landau, and Marc Fellhauer to review High Low with Emrata featuring a vocal fry infused conversation between Emily Ratajkowski and Julia Fox. Vinnie Paulino brings a cop cam from Michigan with an amazing twist. Jen, Trucker Andy, and Lucy join us to check out Stuttering John getting trolled by Vince for two hours straight on his show. Drew, BranDon McAfee, and Mike Wolters talk about Joe Rogan with Carrot Top and the parallels between StutJo and Carrot Top. Dave and Chuck the Freak is still on the air for some reason and Eric Zane breaks down how boring they are with Lucy and Vinnie. In memoriam includes Gary in SD, Lisa Boswell, King Cobra, Skimask, Aaron’s dignity, Zane’s boner, and Opie’s family. BranDon, Vinnie, and Andy come on to chat about Aaron Imholte getting called out for using the Charlie Kirk assassination for money and going hard at Anthony Cumia (instead of taking some self-inventory). We finish up with another round of To Poke A Dabbler with Jen, Vinnie, and Andy. Ep656 - Content Hotel, Opie, StutJo, Steel Toe
We’re joined by Drew Lane and Mike Wolters at the top of the show to discuss Howard Stern’s return and announcement that nothing has changed. Wow, Opie got that completely wrong (shocker). Opie is bragging about his math skills and being a celebrity in college. But the big reveal is that Opie is embarrassed about the mattress that was sent to Gebhard’s by a WATP fan for Ron the Waiter. Will Ron ever get to bring that thing home? Stuttering John reveals more about his lonely life of day drinking and bothering people. He brings on Clearwater Chad and when CWC sticks up for himself, John has no choice but to remove him from the stream so that John can argue with a guy who isn’t there. Adam breaks down the top 5 best and worst things about Chrissie Mayr’s Content Hotel. Then we discuss all the heat that Mersh is getting as he victory laps all over the internet. Aaron Imholte on Steel Toe criticized how I run my live show and agreed with Keanu’s take. Of course Aaron and Keanu are two people who really know how to put on a live event (that was sarcasm). This episode is a bit different than usual. We go through Stuttering John’s two shows from Friday that came before and after his date that was over two hours from his house and resulted in zero sex. Anthony Cumia hops on to discuss his time at the WABC gala the night before and chat about Joe Piscopo, StutJo, and Opie. Also, Aaron has herpes, so that’s pretty funny.  Adam, Chris, and I go on to listen to Mersh explain that the event we are performing at sucks. Ep653 - Woody Allen on Bill Maher, Opie, StutJo, Aaron Imholte, Anthony Cumia
Bill Maher is getting some pretty big guests who don’t do a lot of interviews lately. This week he has comedy legend Woody Allen and Bill decides to tell Woody all about himself. Does Woody agree? Not really. But that never slows Bill down.  Adam Busch is on to help us decide if AI will allow Woody Allen to live forever. We started with “Is It Gay?” to accommodate Megan’s schedule. Aaron on Steel Toe got $300 and screams at people who aren’t watching; the man is cracking. Stuttering John decides to come back yet again and attempts to clown Anthony Cumia. That was a bad decision because Anthony came back and gave John a proper dressing down and really put him in his place. Opie is back in NYC and he’s getting reacquainted with the neighborhood by bothering a homeless guy, harassing a young girl who is making a video, and looking for used mattresses for Ron the Waiter. We finish up with Annie playing a round of “To Poke a Dabbler,” a reminder of Gary in San Diego’s voicemails, and many tributes to Gary from our callers.  Tickets on sale for WATP with Anthony Cumia at The Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, New York on September 5th – http://watplive.com/  Support us, get bonus episodes, and watch live every Saturday and Wednesday: http://bit.ly/watp-patreon https://watp.supercast.tech/ Watch this episode here: https://youtube.com/live/vzrJ3QJyVK0  Learn more about your ad choices.
