Our guest today is nothing short of amazing and we're so lucky that we had a chance to sit down with her to hear her story. Tanya Hayles is the founder of Black Moms Connection, an online global village of 20,000 and non-profit providing culturally relevant programs and resources to educate and empower the Black mother and her family. The work of diversifying motherhood was the reason behind launching the anti-Black racism consulting business Color In White Spaces, changing the conversation of diversity and inclusion and making it real and relatable.
