While the season is in full force, we took some time to chat with Tatiana Mason and Alex Alexis. Tatiana, explains how having a crowd can help players perform better, and inspiring young players. She also chats about the differences between college and UWS soccer. Alex Alexis talks about his journey to the US from Haiti. His playing experience including the Haitian National Team, college and club soccer. He also chats about how living together with the team creates a family, and how the players become his brothers.

Rufie chats with us this week. The three year player has been a great asset in the midfield of the Mighty Oak. He tells us a bit about his beginnings as a soccer player, life in the south, and his passion for cave exploration.

Episode 15 - Interview with AFCAA Player, Megan Trapp - Women's first match preview. On this special preview episode we chat with Megan Trapp in anticipation of the first women's match. This Friday, AFCAA will meet the Detroit Sun; Megan explores the preparation the team is undertaking before this match. Also, what it means to be a local coach in the area and also play at a semi-pro level.

This week we chat with AFCAA player, Jordan Montoya. He tells us a bit more about his recent performance against Michigan Stars. His passion for cooking and his favorite places in Ann Arbor.

Episode 13 - feat Sporting Director, Eric Rudland / Season Opener Preview We sit down with our Sporting Director / Head Coach, Eric Rudland to discuss our upcoming season opener in the NPSL. This Saturday AFCAA will take on the newly regrouped Michigan Stars FC.

Episode 12 - feat supporter, Brian Hinz & AFCAA player, James Vaughan. This week we chat with Brian Hinz. He shares his memories of the early days of AFC Ann Arbor and the beginning of the Main Street Hooligans supporter group. He also tells us why Tottenham will lose to Barcelona in the Champions league. James Vaughan is back for his third season with the club. He tells us about his playing career, his journey to the United States from England, and what drove him to keep coming back to AFC Ann Arbor.

Episode 11 - feat Director of Scouting, Billyle Alman & AFCAA player, Matt Braem Billyle Alman returns to the pod to explain what his job as director of scouting entails. How this helps AFCAA have an edge against opponents and his brief stunt as a player. Matt Braem explains what drove him back to Ann Arbor.
