Ashland Special Town Meeting ApproachingASHLAND, MA - Ashland residents are gearing up for the upcoming Special Town Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 19th at 7:00 PM at the Ashland High School. The meeting will address several important topics, including financial decisions, community issues, and bylaw changes. Key agenda items include funding for a water main project and a feasibility study for Waushakum Pond. Free childcare will be provided for families with young children.Additionally, the town is excited to welcome two new businesses: Chase Bank and Future Masters Chess Academy. It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend Roy Correia. Roy was the Deputy Director of Operations for the Ashland DPW. He held several other positions in DPW during his 22 year career in Ashland.
