Are you a Christian wife feeling alone in your marriage? Struggling to communicate in your marriage? Feeling disconnected, or stuck in the same fights and resentment in your marriage? Yeah, that was me too.
Marriage may feel hard right now, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. You may feel completely disconnected and withdrawn, but being UNITED is possible for your marriage!
I was married at 18, after having a baby, and had no family support while I navigated it all. Yet, as a young wife, I was still able to go from constant arguing, crying, and pain to thriving in my marriage.
How? Well, this podcast is all about the first step on the journey, which is unifying your marriage. To do that, connected Christian couples (aka the two people who make up a ”United Marriage”) need to know how to communicate.
In this podcast, I will walk you through the biblical design for marriage, teach you how to be a biblical wife, and bring my husband on occasionally so you can grab your husband and have a moment to be united as you listen to the show and grow together.
→ Welcome to The United Christian Marriage Podcast, where we teach you how to truly become ONE in your marriage. We talk about real issues that are keeping you feeling lonely, divided, and resentful in your marriage. And, we give you practical steps to overcome them so you can have the United Marriage of your dreams.

We do this by teaching self-coaching (communication) tools, biblical wisdom, and our real-life experience on how you can grow yourself as a person, a wife, and make a real impact on your marriage.

3 steps to be a biblical wife in a modern word: how to be a good Christian wife
Did you grow up hearing “sex is dirty” only to get married and wonder why you still feel shame in the bedroom? In today’s episode, Micaiah sits down with Michelle Castro—wife, mom of three, and host of the Rip It Off podcast—for a real, Spirit-led talk about God’s design for intimacy in marriage. If you’ve ever struggled to feel comfortable with sex or wondered how to talk to your husband about what you actually enjoy, this conversation will set you free. We’ll talk about how to:
Break free from shame and lies around sex.
Communicate with your husband without fear or awkwardness.
Invite God into your intimacy (and why that’s not weird!)
Understand pleasure as part of God’s good design.
Take action when prayer alone isn’t enough.
