Kathryn Spain has been the Head of European Equity Sales in North America for Credit Suisse for the last nine years. Currently based in New York, she previously managed the international distribution platform for the Western U.S. out of San Francisco for 12 years. Prior to Credit Suisse, she held positions with Investec Asset Management, Barings Asset Management, and Bank of Ireland. Born in Dublin and a graduate of University College Dublin, Kathryn has worked in the U.S. for over two decades and found that being Irish has been a real door opener in life and business. He worked in Morgan Stanley for 16 years as an Equity Strategist researching macro trends and implications for equity strategy in Europe and Emerging EMEA. He also managed the European derivative strategy team before assuming the role of European Equity Strategist and joining the Global Cross Asset Strategy team in Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Last year, Ronan joined BeZero Carbon, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm focused on decarbonisation and natural capital advisory services. Now Ronan holds the role of CFO and Director of Natural Capital.
