Music is the most important part of my Life. It has helped me to get through my first rejection for job When I had my heart broken or when my friends fought with me. I get my motivation, determination & happiness via music. People will provoke, demotivate ,not support you or be sarcastic. Dont react, breathe in and out and let it go. Its not worth the fight at times. A doctor said me once that your reaction to every problem is not required. On World Mental Health day, I share my music playlist to keep calm or when people let you down. Just put your earphones on and forget the world. Hang in there as its not a smooth ride... Responsibilites over dreams can be tough,. Enchant the key mantra "All is well" and move one ... I pray for everyone and hope we get through this tough time.
