Triathlonology
Oliver and Jacqui Saxon
51 episodes
A triathlon magazine type show, looking at how we coach triathlon, interviewing triathletes to explore their racing and training, as well as keeping abreast of the latest triathlon news, done in our straight talking, no jargon style, with over 15 years of coaching experience between us. We have seen all the trends, fads and new fangled gadgets, and have used nearly all of them. We’ve come to realise that triathlon is really simple; It’s a swim, followed by a bike, followed by a run and together that is triathlon. Over the course of our episodes, we will break down the mysteries of triathlon training and show you how simple and flexible it can be, so that it really does become part of your lifestyle and not just a hobby. Each episode will be between 30-40 minutes long, and we are going to break them down in to seasons, with each season focusing on a particular aspect of triathlon. You’ll get helpful and easy to understand advice, that you can take away and implement into your own training. We will be releasing our episodes regularly, and these will be available to download, and to subscribed to, for free from your usual podcast location. We are really excited about this podcast and can’t wait for you to listen and send us your questions. See you soon.
