Not got loads to add here. Trying to get in the routine of doing this all again after neglecting it for so long.

Part 2
Been on a bit of a hiatus recently with guest no-shows and other external factors but we're back with a bit of a fun one. A recap with my friend Dylan Alexander after a little time off. Questions about life. Enjoy.
Incredibly fun episode this one. Matt from the Melbourne meditation centre took me through his experience of finding meditation in India, transcendent experiences & how he started his now booming meditation business.

I sat down with Gavan Hogan of 5 Senses Coffee for a conversation on coffee, relationships, travelling & the continued success of 5 Senses. Gavan was the first person to give me the time of day in Melbourne & 3 days in to my Australia journey he invited me down to explore their roastery. 6 months later I'm here again. As mentioned, some of the audio is harder to hear (even with post production levelling efforts) but all in all it's a pretty epic episode.

Literally just as the title says. On Sunday 26th of February I ran a marathon around Melbourne, Australia.
Recorded before, during & after to give as much insight as possible in to my experience.

Fasted for 48 hours in an attempt to gain new insights about my hunger threshold and possibly even philosophical insights. All I learned was that I can get really hungry and fasting doesn't make for a very good podcast.
27 is my lucky number so I have a good feeling about this episode. Wether it serves as a memory of the past or a chapter of something new I'm unsure yet but it's a good place to launch off from.

Stories from that time I sold everything, booked a one way ticket to Nepal and started what's been a year long adventure around the world.
