This episode is a continuation of the previous episode on questions raised by listeners of this podcast. However, what makes this episode very special is that the whole episode is dedicated to just one question! I felt that the question asked was of such significance that it needed an in-depth analysis of the issue.
"What is the root cause?", "What might be your specific variation of this problem?" and "How can you break through this problem and achieve success?" are some of the things I address in this episode.
If you have ever struggled with taking timely action, this one's for you!!

FAILURE - does that word scare you? I know it used to scare me one helluva lot!!
I hated failing as a school kid, so I chose not to try out anything that I wasn't 100% sure of succeeding in. The result? I became cocooned and stayed stuck in a tiny little comfort zone. The sad part was that I never tried to figure out why I was scared of failure. I mean, failure didn't have a physical form that looked terrifying.
If you are nervous about failure, have you wondered why that is so? Have you looked under the covers to find the root cause so you can address it?
This episode is all about changing your mindset towards failure so that you can start to change your life. After all, it all begins with the thought process, doesn't it? #thinkbelieveachieve
So dive in!
Featuring my friend and fellow coach Vicki McCauley from Arizona, USA as a guest. Our conversation is centered on the ways to overcome life's challenges. The past two years have been historic in terms of the challenges posed to over 7 billion people across the globe. Each individual might have had their own struggles to contend with, but the fact is that hardly anyone has got through unscathed.
I believe that the two most important lessons for every one of us to learn from this pandemic are:
1. You are not alone.
2. You are more resilient than you think.
Join us in this conversation and please share your thoughts.

In a life where we face untold tragedies and stresses that are often outside our control, how can we at least avoid letting small things affect us and hold us down?
What if we could develop internal fortitude that helps us tackle worries like a pro?
In this episode, I talk about the "intellectual immune system" existing within each one of us that can counter any positive change that we might try to make.
In this episode, I talk about the hottest trend in the labor market over the past six months - people quitting their jobs.
The Great Resignation (as it is known in the U.S.) is a phenomenon that sees millions of people leaving their jobs every month. Not all of them leave because they've got better jobs lined up. A large percentage of those quitting are so sick of their jobs that, one fine day, they just QUIT! No other job to go to, and yet, they walk out the door with a sense of relief!
What could be the reasons that are driving people to take such risks, opting for uncertainty over a lousy but certain career?
This episode is about dreams, possibilities, and success. Do you believe that you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it? Are you a person who believes in the power of dreams or are you more oriented towards reality?
Sharing some of my thoughts with you on this subject and inviting you to share yours by messaging/commenting. I believe that success cannot have a one-size-fits-all model as we're all unique in our own ways. There are however certain elements of success that are universal.
Listen in to find out my 3P formula for success!
Enough of the F word, let's move on to the G-word! :)

- a small gratitude meditation that I invite you to do with me,
- scientific benefits of gratitude
- ways to build gratitude
Develop gratitude and experience a new perspective on your life!

Knowledge and wisdom can often be confused for one another as they are two sides of the same coin. In this episode, we look at how they are different and how we can leverage our knowledge to gain wisdom while we go on to live more satisfying lives.
I've come across some wonderful quotes on this subject - "Knowledge helps you make a living while Wisdom helps you make a life" is one such interesting quote. Author Ken Poirot put it this way - "Wisdom comes from making mistakes, having the courage to face them, and make adjustments moving forward based upon the knowledge acquired through those experiences".
In this episode, I have a chat with our special guest Stephanie Ritter Maat, who is a Relationship and Transition Life Coach. We discuss the significance of resilience in our lives, whether we are chasing goals or facing challenges. The ability to bounce back from setbacks is one of the key attributes that separates successful people from frustrated ones. The good news is that every one of us can become more resilient and put ourselves on the path to success.
Listen in and fortify your mindset to face adversity and failure with courage and confidence!!
In today's uncertain world, no job is secure. The days of lifelong employment are gone, and all employees need to expect the unexpected. In this episode, we take a look at the types of career crises, and how one can be in a better position to tackle them.

If you are at a stage in life where you are unhappy about your current situation and are feeling stuck, do listen in to find out what you could do to change things up.
This episode tackles a societal disease that eats into our happiness, prevents us from enjoying our successes, and is growing at an alarming pace! Listen in to find out what this "monster" is!!!
In this episode, the spotlight is on job satisfaction, morale, and motivation for an employee. What do these terms actually mean, are they given the importance they deserve, and how do you currently score on these counts in your job? I talk about a 3-step journey to start scoring high on the three factors under discussion.
I'm sure you're aware that being unhappy in your job or career has a definite impact on your happiness in other areas of life. Work cannot be isolated from the rest of your life, given it occupies such a large portion of your life. If you're unhappy at work, you've got a lot of company - over 70% of the global workforce is your corner! Sounds rather depressing, doesn't it? But the good news is that you can change your situation. It does take effort, but the result is always worth it!
In this episode, I have with me former US Army Ranger Travis Crutcher of Above Average Leadership, as we delve into aspects of leadership that would interest anyone who is either a leader of a team or a team member. We all know that the performance of a team depends a great deal on the kind of leadership that the team experiences, and in our individual lives I'm sure we've all been through the experience of working under a good leader and a not-so-good one!
So strap yourselves in and enjoy this ride as Travis talks about his leadership experience within the military and outside it, and also other issues such as the qualities a good leader should possess, the common mistakes leaders make, the significance of delegation for leaders, and if you're an "accidental leader" you don't want to miss the last part of this interview!
This exciting episode features an interview with Coach and Life Strategist Jeff Meister (Virginia, USA). A former corporate executive, he is now helping people who want to break the corporate shackles to find more purpose and meaning in their lives. If you are a mid-career working professional trying to get out of the 'corporate rut', this one's definitely for you!
Why is 'thinking outside the box' so important in our lives? How often do we actually try to think unconventionally? This episode address the science behind the concept of TOTB, my own experience with it, and 7 tips to get better at thinking out of the box.
