In dieser Folge teilt Katharina die Geburtsgeschichte ihres ersten Kindes - eine sehr schnelle Hausgeburt, die Katharina selbst nicht unbedingt als schmerzhaft beschreiben würde.
Die Kunst begleitet Katharina schon seitdem sie denken kann. In ihrer Malerei verarbeitet sie Gefühle und Traumata. In ihren letzten Arbeiten hat sie sich mit ihrer Familiengeschichte befasst. Nun ist sie selber Mutter und schreibt ihre Familiengeschichte weiter. In der Schwangerschaft und auch in der Mutterschaft ist sie so stark wie noch nie mit ihren Gefühlen verbunden, somit landen sie kaum noch auf die Leinwand :) Sie ist aber zuversichtlich, dass sich das auch wieder ändern wird.

Author Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD ADHD is an advocate for intuition and rematriation. She met yoga in 1969, at the age of four, and fell in love. She’s been practicing ever since, sharing cyclical, therapeutic yoga since 1994. Co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network, Uma has written six books, including Yoni Shakti: A Woman’s Guide to Power and Freedom through Yoga and Tantra.
Recovering intuitive embodied and cyclical wisdom is at the heart of her writing and her approach to yoga therapy, which always includes yoga nidrā. Her work intersects intuitive healing arts with yoga nidra and yoga therapy (including dream decoding and Motherpeace Tarot reading).
A yoga therapist with special expertise in yoga therapy for women’s health, Uma holds diplomas in Yoga Therapy from the Yoga Biomedical Trust, and Mukunda Stiles. In 2020, she established the Yoni Shakti Campaign to Eradicate the Abuse of Women in Yoga. Following a two year court case she defended her right to publish details of abusers named in Yoni Shakti.
Uma’s passion as a writer and as a teacher is to transmit clarity of awareness, creativity and profound vitality. She identifies these teachings as radical acts of rematriation, rooted in intuitive arts and in yoga tantra, drawing on a variety of yogic traditions to share deeply nourishing and enlivening practices appropriate for contemporary life. Her practice and teaching respects the cyclical powers of the living earth, and honours human life cycles as spiritual initiations (including menarche, conscious menstruation, menopause, birth and postnatal recovery).

Niemand sollte Mutterschaft alleine gehen müssen und dafür darf die Gesellschaft gerne weicher, sensibler und liebevoller werden - mehr Verständnis, mehr Selbstfürsorge.
Als Full-Spectrum Doula & Birthkeeperin begleitet Vanne in der Schwangerschaft, während der Geburt mit Rufbereitschaft und auch im Wochenbett. Vanne ist davon überzeugt, dass Aufklärung unglaublich wichtig ist, damit die Frauen* selbst entscheiden können. wie sie selbst als Mutter geboren werden möchten und wie sie ihre Kinder gebären. Ihr ist es unglaublich wichtig, dass Frauen* gehört und gesehen werden und insbesondere auch Mamas gehalten werden, weil genau das gesunde Familien kreiert. Es braucht gesunde und glückliche Mamas.
Niemand sollte Mutterschaft alleine gehen müssen und dafür darf die Gesellschaft gerne weicher, sensibler und liebevoller werden - mehr Verständnis, mehr Selbstfürsorge.
Als Full-Spectrum Doula & Birthkeeperin begleitet Vanne in der Schwangerschaft, während der Geburt mit Rufbereitschaft und auch im Wochenbett. Sie bietet unterschiedliche Pakete an, aber auch die Möglichkeit ganz individuell nach den Bedürfnissen zu schauen. Zum Beispiel bietet sie eine Held&Nourished Session, die ca. 2,5h geht und sich nicht nur an Wöchnerinnen richtet, sondern auch an Mamas*, die einfach mal gehalten werden möchten und Entspannung wünschen à la Postpartum is forever.
Ausserdem bietet sie Reiki-Behandlungen an.
Im Yoga-Glück (Adlershof) hält Vanne einen monatlichen MotherCircle an.

Ich selbst bin Doula, Raumhalterin und gebe Readings zu intuitivem Human Design. Sheila Kamara Hay is a certified trauma informed, somatic female sexuality and empowerment coach and the founder of Ecstatic Birth. She specializes in an integrative approach to sexuality and pleasure to support clients in releasing blocks, feeling more, and opening to their fullest sexual expression- whether single, partnered, mothering or going through menopause. Sheila’s work is centered around the conviction that the free flow of sexual energy is paramount to our vitality and wellness at every stage and age. A recognized visionary in childbirth education, Sheila has brought sexuality and pleasure to the forefront of birth preparation and support. In her Ecstatic Birth practice over the past 15 years, Sheila has empowered women, families and health care practitioners around the globe to elevate the experience of childbirth from pain to pleasure through body based education and training programs, certifying Ecstatic Birth Practitioners™ in over 26 countries. Sheila is a sought after speaker, advocate, teacher and writer, featured at Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, Orgasmic Birth’s Pain to Power program, Midwifery Today and numerous other conferences, podcasts and publications. Sheila received her BA from Yale and an MA from Columbia University. She lives in Sands Point with her husband, 3 kids, dog and cats where she enjoys being immersed in the beauty of nature and having easy access to all NYC has to offer.

ABOUT ME
Marie (among many things) is a doula and a sacred birth worker and serves women in their rite of passage into motherhood and beyond. She also facilitates circle and ritual and I work with intuitive Human Design in Readings and other 1:1 settings.
The path of intuition and inner wisdom plays a big role in her personal journey and shapes, colors and lives within every aspect of her work. It brings great pleasure to her to witness the miracle and mystery of life unfold when women begin to connect to, love and be who they have always been.

Philipp ist Vater von zwei wundervollen Töchtern und lebt seit 15 Jahren mit seiner Frau in einer Beziehung. Seine Mission ist Heilung bringen. Er unterstützt Männer (und auch immer mehr Frauen) dabei ihre inneren Themen vom Unbewussten ins Bewusste zu holen und sie hinter sich zu lassen, damit sie ihre Beziehungen wieder authentisch gestalten können und der Vater werden, den ihre Kinder wirklich brauchen.
In einer Welt voller Zwietracht und Spaltung möchte Philipp zusammenbringen was von Natur aus zusammengehört, Mann und Frau, Vater und Mutter, Yin und Yang, gemeinsam wachsen und heilen.
