Just like that, Season One of The Whisper Network has come to an end. On this final episode, hosts Katie Boland and Emily Hampshire take a trip down memory lane to their very first day in studio, and relive some of the most memorable moments from their frank - and often very funny - conversations this season. Jameela Jamil is the queen of saying the quiet part out loud. She is a fearless and outspoken feminist activist who has created a huge platform to try and dismantle toxic diet culture and promote healthy self image. She’s not afraid to say exactly what she thinks and call out bullshit, even though she has taken quite a bit of heat for it. She talks to us about how we need to reject the algorithmic beauty standards of social media, stop fearing old age, and start living with the happiness of our future 80 year old selves in mind.
