Gregory is also a presenter and host of the podcast Stage Or Screen where in each episode he’s joined by a guest to take a deep dive into a different movie musical.

Jack is currently producing the first UK tour of The Talented Mr Ripley starring Ed McVey and Maisie Smith as well as the UK premiere of Ride The Cyclone at the Southwark Playhouse. He recently produced the UK premiere of The Hunchback Of Notre Dame which sold out its performances at the Prince Edward Theatre.


Some of Jack's other producing credits include: Spring Awakening: The 15th Anniversary Reunion Concert (Victoria Palace Theatre), An Officer And A Gentleman The Musical (UK Tour), The Witches Of Eastwick in Concert (Sondheim Theatre), The Show Must Go On! Live (Palace Theatre & NT Live), TuckShop’s Sleeping Beauty (Harold Pinter Theatre), Who’s Holiday! (HOME Manchester & Southwark Playhouse), The View UpStairs (Soho Theatre), The Rink (Southwark Playhouse) and Working (Southwark Playhouse).


He has also produced a number of high profile concerts with some Broadway icons, including Sierra Boggess, Kelli O’Hara and Caissie Levy, and has had a long association with Bat Out Of Hell, working as Associate General Manager across the musical’s journey to the West End and beyond. 


Jack became the West End's youngest producer at the age of 20, when he co-produced the Olivier award-winning revival of Show Boat at the New London Theatre.


The Talented Mr Ripley tours until 22nd November 2025 including a London run in Richmond 10th – 15th November, with 2026 dates to be announced. Ride The Cyclone runs at the Southwark Playhouse 14th November – 10th January 2026.

We're kicking off the week with a bonus episode - Aneesah Khadijah joins Andrew to discuss working backstage in theatre.


After studying Law at the University of Manchester, Aneesah discovered her true passion in the arts, building a career that spans stage management, creative production and artist liaison work.


Her theatre credits include Caged Sisters, In The Beginning Woman Was The Sun, RepresentAsian and Mendaki as well as ongoing collaborations with Itikku Productions where she champions stories of identity, culture, and womanhood.


Aneesah currently works as Operations Officer at the English National Ballet and is part of the MusicalCon team, where, for the past few years, she’s worked with Andrew as an artist liaison for the Backstage Theatre.


In this episode, Aneesah chats about her journey into theatre and the importance of representation backstage as well as onstage, especially for BESEA creatives. Aneesah and Andrew also talk about why they're excited about this year’s MusicalCon!

Harriet’s theatre credits include: Rock Follies (Chichester Festival Theatre), A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Paris), Closer Than Ever (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), Mismatched (Old Red Lion) and The Jungle Book (Tabard) as well as playing Pauline Quirke in Early Birds (Edinburgh Fringe Festival).


Harriet is a Six The Musical legend. She originally joined the UK & Ireland tour as dance captain and the alternate Seymour and Parr, but went on to play all six queens. After finishing the tour, Harriet became a universal super swing for both the West End and touring productions. Since leaving, she has made countless emergency returns to the show.

Emma is currently starring in I Wish My Life Were Like A Musical. Written by Alexander S. Bermange, the show is returning once again to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer. The comedic musical revue reveals everything you could want to know about musical theatre, and the people who love it – on both sides of the curtain!


Emma was in the recent revival of Sister Act, performing the show at the Eventim Apollo, on tour and in the West End at the Dominion Theatre. Some of her other theatre credits include: Cinderella (Corby Cube), Aladdin (Capital), The Wind in The Willows (Turbine), Queen of the Mist (Charing Cross & Jack Studio), The Greatest Show (UK Tour), Bananaman the Musical (Southwark Playhouse), The Frogs (Jermyn Street), News Revue (Canal Cafe), Into the Woods (Rose & Crown Theatre) and Meet Me In St Louis (Landor Theatre).


Emma recently appeared in Gavin and Stacey: The Finale (BBC). Her debut EP ‘On My Way’ is available to download and stream.

Aaron recently graduated from Urdang, having previously attended The Brit School. He made his professional debut in Pretty Woman (Theater 11, Zurich) and will soon tour the UK and Ireland in Miss Saigon directed by Jean-Pierre van der Spuy.


Aaron is currently in rehearsals for 35mm: A Musical Exhibition which is a theatrical song cycle composed by Ryan Scott Oliver, based on the Broadway photography of Matthew Murphy. It’s an exploration of love, obsession, ambition and art. Directed by Dean Johnson, the show is being staged for four performances at the Phoenix Arts Club next week produced by Taylor Jay Productions.


Aaron also posts singing videos on TikTok where he has over 100k followers and five million likes.

Andrew and Marcus delve into the controversy surrounding Rachel Zegler's balcony performance in Jamie Lloyd's production of Evita at the London Palladium. They also discuss Miss Myrtle's Garden (Bush Theatre) and their favourite West End LIVE performances (Trafalgar Square) as well as the latest news about Broadway closures, Marisha Wallace and Billy Porter transferring to Cabaret in New York, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button closing and lots more.


Marcus' US theatre credits include White Christmas and Damn Yankees. Since moving to the UK they have been in Spring Awakening (Phoenix Arts Club) and Zanna, Don't! (Old Joint Stock Theatre). Most recently they performed in the West End at ATG’s flagship creative learning program PLAYground at the Savoy Theatre!


Earlier this year Marcus hosted the Stalls to Stage Awards at the Bush Theatre and now they're teaming up with Emmanuel Akwafo to co-produce and host The Blackprint Concert: A Fearless Declaration of Black Artistry Taking Up Space at the Phoenix Arts Club. The concert has a killer line-up including Koko Alexandra, Lauren Azania, Tanasha Chege, Elan Ayana Davies, Cameron Benard Jones, Idriss Kargbo, Claudia Kariuki, Leah St Luce, Paige Miller, Georgina Onuorah, Jordan Shaw and Jaz Terry. Musical supervision and orchestrations are by Sean Green.
