Welcome to The Weight Is Over!.. This show is dedicated to helping regular people who want to lose weight and maintain their normal weight by fixing the root cause of stubborn weight issues. Together in this show we'll tackle physical problems that slows weight loss and the mental mindset that can sabotage our weight loss goals and keep us from reaching the ideal weight and health for our body. Take this journey with Dr. Kathleen Nash, a chiropractic physician who personally overcame decades of obesity, lost over 80 pounds and has now helped thousands of clients lose weight and reduce or reverse diseases like type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure and more using her unique method known as the Butterfly Evolution.
